I'm bringing back this old but good forum game. Who will be the Word Wizard of 2018 ?!?!?!?!
Here is how you play:
We'll start off with one word say "mat". You have the option to either add a letter to the word (matE or mOat or) or remove any one letter in the word (at) no matter which you chose it has to continue to be a word.
You Can also replace a letter in the word with another later (mUt)
You can only make one alteration per post and have to let someone else post before you can post again.
You Cannot
Remove a letter that was last added or put a letter back that was removed on the last turn.
We'll Start with the Word: in

I understand "You Cannot remove a letter that was last added" this way: 1) adds F to the word 2) can't remove the F which was added in previous post
The rule is not "You Cannot remove a letter that was last added, if it would go back to the previous word." It is just plain "You Cannot remove a letter that was last added".
Ok, changing letter order is "altering".. I thought you can modify the letters by the rules, and you can change the order (the first post doesn't say anything about it :)
Well it doesn't state a lot of stuff, doesn't mean it's all valid. Even if it did allow jumbling of letters, you could only switch two of them, i.e. only one alteration.
