My 3rd woodworking project.

It's not beautiful and there are things I would do different if I were starting from scratch, but it's level and I'll take it. This is an extension for the desktop I have at work to better facilitate a standing desk arrangement so that I don't have to lean over when I need to write. The next project will just be a platform to hold my monitor, keyboard, mouse and other peripheral items that are currently stacked on old paper cases.

Next weekend I'll sand and stain it and then if I have time, start the next project.

lol Well the shed needed a bit of tidying up afterwards. It turned out nice. I've had a make shift standing desk at work for about 5+ years. I'm not about to spend $300 for one of those standing / sitting desk extensions. I finally got tired of having to lean over to write.

Next I plan to do a similar platform to go on the other desk to hold my keyboard and monitor. I wonder if the paper and shrink wrap in those cases are still good after all these years.....
