does anyone know where i can get skins other then the neon skin which does not work. would perfer to have something with either a green or purple theme to it.

Have you been to SKIN INSTRUCTIONS, or Finished Skins.

I can get neon skin to work on my phone(with a few missing image files) but not my pc.

You may need to take this to the VO forum. I looked, but could not find the post about the fixes needed. I do remember a while back an update changed skin image display. A lot of UI work has been done this year.
