Staffed by Bandar Koots (at present) it supplies hard to get mining equipment, radars, weapons etc along with a rapid repair service. Discounts are available to allied guilds and factions. In the first instance speak to Bandar Koots when he's on (even better send him a buddy request). Bulk delivery of materials used in the construction of capital ships can also be arranged whether in system or at the manufacturing station.
