I've been having trouble with it. On pc it takes my mission rewards but on mobile it won't. I've asked around in guild chat and on 100 but can't figure out what it's up with it.

Hmmm. It never tithes for missions, for me. Only for trades. I never knew that was possible.
As for the difference between mobile and pc, sorry I can't help there. No clue what causes that.

check that both are set to donate and how much. Not sure what else to check really.

Turns out I'm using 2 different versions of tithe. The I'm o have in my phone only takes training rewards. Not sure how I ended up with 2 versions of the plugins lol
