Chumboat open the TCS file in your file manager and delete the VO clock and nothing else. Exit and load the game and it should all work. Do not under any circumstances tick the VO clock box in the TCS pop up screen you get on the options screen...it be bad.

did that. it disables the whole suite on my phone. no tcs for me on mobile
