This plugin will notify you to stop shooting when below 20% for practicing PVP.
You can also over-ride the 20% with the value after the start command

/pvpstart <optional percent like 30>
/pvpstop

Two people could run diff %'s.... keep that in mind... and only the person with the plugin hears the stop sound... unlike honk.

So, both players hit /pvpstart after targeting their player, and it will work well.

Lisa, I so look forward to trying this. Your plugins are always great :) Since you have access to a server, can this keep a score like the duel ladder in vo that we can access to pair off with people more matched to us? I recommend it only prints stats for those who have used the plugin in the last 30 days so the score list doesn't get too long (we'd have to maximize our chat window to see it).

Interesting idea. 
Right now it's a very stupid plugin, it doesn't have much in it for making sure the data is valid etc.   Like if you start it and target someone that is below the % it will announce that you just beat them.
If you jump out of the sector with it running, it announces you fought yourself and the second % is -1
