You will need a rack of Ribs a base sus (I use. Bubba rays hunny) a jar if hunny and liquid smoke muskeet
Put the ribs in a slow cooker with water and spices to suit and 2tbl spoons of liquid smoke for 2.5 to 3.5 hrs the longer the better 30 mins. Before ribs are done pore sus in sus pan take 2tbl spoons of liquid smoke in sus and 2 to 3 tbl spoons of hunny in sus on low heat stir till. Carmalized about 20 mins. You need to watch it or it will burn
On a cookie sheet place ribs coat with sus place in oven for 10 to 15 mins
or grill till your liking
