The normal enemies of TGFT are pirates and griefers. We seek friendly relations with all other players and guilds, including all nationalists. If friendship with nationalists cannot be had, we settle for non-agression pacts (NAPs). If even a NAP cannot be had, we KOS such players and guilds as TGFT enemies, i.e. as pirates.

Under a NAP with nationalists, express or implied, TGFT will do the following:
-- Fly, haul, trade, mine, and manufacture anywhere in the VO verse, any time.
-- Engage in business transactions with any player or guild, anywhere, any time. Such transactions are conducted by members individually and are not supervised by TGFT as a guild.
-- Accept any player as a passenger on a turreted ship, anywhere, anytime, with the understanding that the passenger behaves in compliance with the restrictions below while aboard our ship. We do not scan the contents of passengers' ships.
-- Fight, as needed, to obtain access to player conquerable stations. TGFT cooperates with any allies who may be at hand for this purpose, including TGFT enemies.
-- List as KOS any players or guilds who oppose any of the above activities. Members are free to shoot at any player or guild on TGFT's KOS list, without restriction.

Under a NAP with nationalists, express or implied, TGFT will not do the following:
-- Enter Deneb battle sectors as a combatant, although we may enter to pick up drops.
-- Shoot at CtC bots or pick up CtC xith.
-- Attack or defend war convoys, although we may dock with them and fire at TGFT enemies.
-- Interfere with ongoing Serco vs. Itani battles, provided there are no TGFT enemies involved.
-- Spot players (other than TGFT enemies) and relay their positions to their enemies, either manually or using TGFT technology.
-- Pay for access to space, as a guild. If members pay pirates individually, this is not supervised by the guild.

Note 1: It is the intent of the above restrictions, as long as no TGFT enemies are involved, to stay out of ongoing nationalist battles. We allow our members to provide indirect assistance to friendly nationalists like selling weapons and transporting in turreted ships, provided the outcome of an ongoing battle is not affected. If a nationalist guild believes that we are out of compliance with this commitment, this should be brought to the attention of TGFT officers for investigation and possible correction.
Note 2: TGFT has an open alt policy. TGFT assumes no responsibility for the conduct of its members' alts. However, TGFT does not allow hostile use of its information and technology by alts, except against TGFT enemies.
