Easy Eddie's TGFT Tuna Salad. Had this one for lunch today.
one 5 ounce can of tuna (whatever suits you)
2 hardboiled eggs diced fairly. Medium to a fine dice is good. (cover eggs with cold water. When the water boils, you will have hard boiled eggs). Don't cover them.
Mayo, pickle relish, and chopped onion to taste, as well as salt and pepper.
Mix it all together. Makes roughly 3 sandwiches, or 4 if you stretch it some.
I like it served on toast the best.
