ok for players new to plugins that arent noobs, but just havnt used alot of plugins, what is the trade assistant, what does it do exactly, how does it work?

Just hoping for some clarity to those new to plugins please, alot of the plugins listed in our forum, dont come with actualy descriptions and details about how they work and how to use them.
