I get the same, wont let me change mine i get this message :-

Hmm, I get it too. I have put on my staring at things glasses and stared at the various admin bits. Clearly someone with a more potent stare than mine is needed...

There have been various times when this option has worked or not... or maybe you're not cool enough to have them!!! Did you think about that?!?!?!
