you set it by doing a /pcxx and /turboxx where

PCXX is the recharge rate on the battery
turboXX is the ship's turbo drain rate

Wow. I should really, really use this. And to think I've spent so much time trying to perfect the turbo-tap in a RevC.

Way too verbose. I don't need enabled/disabled cluttering my chat more than it already is. So I'm using it, I love it, but I had to alter it to remove two echo statements. :)

I found it quite annoying due to the engine noise on the ships but am glad someone is able to use it.

On the bright side, this is the only useful thing Mynt's ever accomplished. ;)
